Job Summary: Responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, from job posting to candidate referral, while keeping the talent pool updated. Key Highlights: 1. Talent pool management and interview scheduling Main Responsibilities: * Posting job openings on employment platforms and social media * Screening and reviewing resumes * Contacting candidates to schedule interviews * Conducting initial interviews * Administering assessments when necessary * Referring candidates to hiring managers * Organizing and updating the talent pool Requirements: * Experience in recruitment and selection * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Familiarity with job posting platforms Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: Starting at R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
