Code Development and Maintenance: Write, test, and debug Python code for backend features such as APIs, business logic, and integrations with external services. Database Work: Design, query, and optimize relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases, including schema creation, SQL/NoSQL queries, and data management. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings, review peers’ code, and contribute to sprint planning in agile environments. Problem Solving: Investigate and fix bugs, monitor application performance, and implement security and scalability improvements. Learning and Support: Study new technologies, assist with administrative backend-related tasks, and document code and processes. AI Integration: Depending on projects, help develop or integrate AI agents for automation or data processing. **The focus will be on gaining practical experience under the supervision of developers, aiming for a balance between productivity and professional growth.** **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. Expected graduation: First or second semester of 2027. Proficiency in the Python programming language, including concepts such as object-oriented programming, data manipulation, and frameworks like Flask or Django. Basic experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB), including table/collection creation, queries, and connection management. Strong problem-solving skills, programming logic, and ability to work collaboratively in teams. Intermediate-level technical English (for reading documentation and libraries).
