This position involves daily tasks such as providing technical support to customers, advising on resolution of technical issues, and assisting with maintenance of printers and equipment. You will be directly involved in customer service to ensure quick and effective solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position. A valid driver’s license (CNH) is mandatory for occasional travel. Qualifications * Technical Support: Proven experience in providing technical support and maintenance of printers and equipment is essential. * Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, diagnose, and propose solutions to technical problems and other analytical challenges. * Communication and Customer Support: Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver personalized assistance and effective resolutions. * Proactivity: Ability to act proactively, seek improvements, and solve problems independently. * Willingness to Learn: Interest in acquiring new knowledge, keeping up with technological advancements, and continuously developing technical expertise. * CNH: Valid and active Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) for occasional travel. * Additional preferred qualifications include familiarity with emerging technologies, relevant technical certifications, and prior experience in a technical support environment.
