**Job Objective** Work directly at construction sites, ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and compliance with occupational safety regulations, preventing accidents and promoting adequate health, safety, and environmental conditions. **Requirements** * Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTE); * Proven experience in the civil construction sector, preferably with large construction companies; * Experience in horizontal construction projects (essential) and experience in vertical construction projects (a plus); * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) applicable to civil construction; * Knowledge of labor legislation will be considered a plus; * Ability to interact effectively with people, resolve conflicts, and conduct training sessions; * Availability for travel and work across multiple construction sites; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation. **Advantages** * Bachelor's degree in related fields (Engineering, Environmental Management, etc.); * Knowledge in solid waste management; * Additional certifications in safety; * Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001\). **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement safety programs (PCMAT, PPRA, PCMSO, among others); * Conduct daily site inspections to identify risks and implement corrective actions; * Monitor and guide the proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment; * Promote safety training and safety talks (DDS – Daily Safety Dialogue, among others); * Conduct safety orientations for new employees and third parties. * Investigate accidents and incidents, recording and analyzing causes, proposing preventive measures; * Maintain all safety documentation up to date (ASO, CAT, reports, records, etc.); * Support audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities; * Supervise documentation of third-party teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; * Prepare reports and performance indicators, presenting data at management meetings. **Knowledge** * Regulatory Standards applicable to civil construction; * Labor legislation (a plus); * Safety document management; * Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * ERP Sienge (a plus). **Skills** * Strong communication and ability to instruct teams; * Organization and discipline in routine follow-up; * Attention to detail and critical thinking; * Conflict resolution skills; * Autonomy and proactivity on-site. **Attitudes** * Responsibility and commitment to safety; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Ethical and professional conduct; * Focus on results and employee well-being. **Note:** * Availability for travel (sites in Três Lagoas and Pirapó); **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00, and Friday\-feira from 07:00 to 16:00.
