Controls finished product inventory and turnover (FIFO) A professional responsible for coordinating the entire seafood dispatch process, ensuring accurate order picking, loading in compliance with food quality and safety standards, maintenance of the cold chain, and on-time delivery. * Coordinate and distribute dispatch team activities; * Verify orders, picking, and loading according to waybills; * Ensure maintenance of the cold chain and product sanitary standards; * Control finished product inventory and turnover (FIFO); * Verify and organize transportation documents (invoices, waybills, manifests); * Schedule vehicles and loading time slots according to demand; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the dispatch area.
