




**Job Description:** ---------------------- Support pharmacy coordination in supervising operational routines, ensuring compliance with defined processes, regulatory requirements, and activity efficiency. Supervise the technical team during control, storage, dispensing, preparation (when applicable), and distribution of medications, guaranteeing correct execution according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Continuously monitor the dispensing process of controlled and specially regulated drugs, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Provide technical guidance to the team regarding proper use of PPE, safety procedures, and actions in emergency situations such as spills or breakage of medications. Monitor and support the execution of routines related to chemotherapy drugs, ensuring correct handling, storage, record-keeping, and traceability. Supervise the verification of medications and materials to be dispensed, ensuring they comply with prescriptions, standardizations, and quality criteria. Organize and oversee the updating and implementation of SOPs, identifying the need for revisions and improvements, and promoting team training on updates. Serve as a technical reference for the team, clarifying doubts, promoting integration, and contributing to resolving operational issues. Support document control, patient records, and medication dispensing history, promoting organization, traceability, and information security. Read and respond to corporate emails, relaying relevant information to the team for smooth operation of routines. Ensure temperature control of equipment and environments, guaranteeing proper recording and reporting deviations. Assist in organizing and conducting monthly inventory counts, contributing to data accuracy and subsequent submission to the accounting department. Participate in and conduct operational and departmental meetings, representing the technical team and providing suggestions for process improvement. Propose and support technical and operational training focused on continuous team development and achievement of department goals. Identify non-conformities in dispensing or storage processes, promoting corrective actions together with management. Monitor operational performance indicators, assisting in data collection, analysis, and presentation of results to management. Follow up on purchasing processes and material and medication requests, assisting in verifying needs, deadlines, and quantities. Monitor the integration and development of new employees, acting as a technical mentor and promoting engagement with department culture. Delegate and supervise operational tasks within the team, ensuring balanced distribution of responsibilities and timely completion.
