Work in a hospital environment with a focus on quality and safety **Job Description:** ---------------------- Maintain inventory levels of supplies at optimal levels to prevent shortages during patient care and financial losses due to expiration or overstocking. Monitor product expiry dates, prioritizing the dispatch of items with the nearest expiry dates and notifying the pharmacist regarding the need for replacements or interventions. Record purchase orders, transfers, outgoing shipments, withdrawals, and returns of medications and materials in the system, ensuring control and traceability. Store products in compliance with legislation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guaranteeing their identity, integrity, quality, safety, efficacy, and traceability. Store medications and materials after verification with the warehouse. Manage support kits and boxes, verifying quantity, quality, expiry dates, and integrity of products. Conduct monthly monitoring and inventory of stock items, informing the immediate supervisor of generated documentation. Schedule material and medication deliveries in the system and generate daily reports for picking. Pick and verify medications and materials according to prescriptions, identifying the beneficiary and department/provider. Label and package medications in accordance with legislation for appropriate transportation. Monitor and finalize requests/authorizations in the Tasy System. Read and respond to corporate emails. Answer and make phone calls to beneficiaries and providers. Maintain patient document files and records to facilitate access and traceability. Seek pharmacist assistance in case of doubts regarding prescriptions or product substitutions. Request office supplies for the department via the system. Request and manage product loans from hospitals and institutions when necessary. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in cases of medication spills and whenever required or indicated. Clean thermal boxes, workbenches, cabinets, and refrigerators, recording such activities in a specific spreadsheet. Receive and inspect OPMEs (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment) and medications, verifying packaging integrity, batch numbers, and expiry dates per the invoice and purchase request. Verify that received products match purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice data, ensuring correct billing under the company's CNPJ. Identify products bearing traceability labels, ensuring full item control. Monitor and record refrigerator and ambient temperatures to ensure medication integrity and stability. Know and comply with internal procedures, reporting any irregularities that could cause accidents, environmental damage, harm to health, or harm to the cooperative. Participate in departmental meetings as well as company training sessions and projects. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Work experience in this role: 6 months or more. Education: Pharmacy Assistant or Technician course.
