Its controlling shareholder is the Colombian company ISA, holding 35.82% of the total capital. **If you’re interested and believe you’re the right person, join us and add your energy to ours!** What you see least is what we care for most! **Responsibilities and duties** * Participate in the development and implementation of asset action plans—P3A—for facilities under your responsibility, ensuring inclusion of assets according to regulatory submodules’ requirements regarding periodicity, criticality, and performance. * Responsible for maintaining and ensuring maximum reliability of assets and transmission lines under your responsibility, identifying issues and implementing actions—including technological innovation—to enhance their performance. * Monitor planning and execution of preventive, corrective maintenance activities and inspections on overhead, submarine, and underground transmission lines, aligned with scheduled timelines, established priorities, and the current maintenance plan. * Monitor planning and execution of aerial, terrestrial, and digital inspections; tests and trials on transmission lines; and calibration and measurement of system equipment, maintaining superior standards of safety and service quality to ensure operational integrity of the Power System. * Monitor planning and execution of operational support and maintenance activities at facilities under your responsibility—including outage planning, certifications, service scheduling, and incident analysis—to guarantee high-quality, efficient, and effective delivery of work performed by your team or third parties. * Delegate operational management tasks to senior engineers, technicians, and other staff to enable sound judgment and coherent decision-making. * Monitor and oversee commissioning of new transmission lines to be energized, as well as expansion, reinforcement, and improvement works on existing transmission lines—providing necessary resources, overseeing team formation, monitoring restoration of asset operational conditions, and return to service—to ensure full functionality of the entire electrical system. * Lead and manage your team, identifying training and development needs; handling administrative matters—including participation in labor hearings; managing light and heavy vehicle fleets; ensuring adherence to corporate travel policies within your team; conducting performance management and feedback sessions in collaboration with the Organizational Talent area—to foster a motivating and collaborative environment for employees. * Manage and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources, as well as managing the company’s vehicle fleet to guarantee rational resource utilization. * Manage and monitor the contract for maintenance of regional transmission line rights-of-way, coordinating with contractors to ensure physical and financial progress, while maintaining technical excellence and, above all, occupational health and safety requirements. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, occupational health and safety regulations, quality, sustainability and environmental management systems, work instructions, and internal and external regulations;
