Job Summary: A restaurant is seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare ingredients, assist in plating dishes, and ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Comply with food safety regulations The restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Presidente Prudente (Bosque). **Responsibilities:** Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients for cooking. Assist in plating and finalizing dishes. Clean kitchen utensils, countertops, and equipment. Organize the pantry, refrigerators, and food inventory. Follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and proper use of PPE. Support restocking of ingredients and supplies during shifts. Assist in proper disposal of waste and expired food items. Previous experience as a Cook Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
