Responsibilities and Duties * Support operational routines within the logistics department; * Assist with inventory control and stocktaking; * Monitor material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes; * Support verification of invoices and transportation documents; * Update logistics control spreadsheets and systems; * Assist in tracking departmental KPIs (lead time, cost, service level); * Support the team with administrative tasks related to logistics. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in **Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (especially Excel); * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; * Good communication skills and eagerness to learn. Desirable Qualifications Prior exposure to or interest in logistics processes.
