Focus on legal compliance, process standardization, and leadership support **Job Mission** Strategically and operationally manage generalist Human Resources and Payroll Administration, responsible for **structuring and maintaining HR subsystems**, ensuring legal compliance, process standardization, leadership support, and alignment with the company's business needs. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * **Extensive experience in generalist HR and Payroll Administration at Analyst level;** * Knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and Payroll Administration routines; * Proven experience across all HR subsystems; * Experience in job position creation and maintenance, salary administration, and organizational structure management. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience in the civil construction sector;** * Experience in companies undergoing expansion or structural development; * Exposure to labor audits and legal liabilities; * Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate execution of Payroll Administration routines (hiring, termination, payroll processing, benefits administration, and timekeeping); * Provide technical support to leaders and employees on HR and labor legislation topics; * Monitor and guide people management processes, ensuring compliance and standardization. * Analyze labor-related and preventive demands in coordination with management and legal departments; * Monitor HR and Payroll Administration metrics, proposing adjustments when necessary; * Lead recruitment and selection processes for strategic and operational positions. * Review and validate payroll, statutory charges, and ancillary obligations; * Prepare and revise HR management reports; * Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements applicable to the civil construction sector. **Occasional / Strategic Responsibilities** * Implement and structure HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Job Positions & Salaries, Performance Evaluation); * Develop and update job descriptions, organizational structures, and internal policies; * Participate in the creation, review, and maintenance of the job position and salary plan; * Support audit, inspection, and labor-related processes. **Knowledge Areas** * Labor and social security legislation applicable to civil construction; * Comprehensive Payroll Administration routines; * HR structuring and review; * Job positions, salaries, and organizational structure; * Ancillary obligations and statutory charges; * Recruitment and selection processes. **Skills** * Critical analysis and sound decision-making; * Organization and attention to detail; * Clear and professional communication; * Ability to structure processes and policies; * Priority and deadline management; * Relationship management with leaders and internal departments. **Attitudes** * Ethical and responsible conduct; * Focus on compliance and legal security; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Consultative and collaborative profile; * Discipline, confidentiality, and professional maturity; * Commitment to results and continuous improvement. * Conflict mediation **Notes:** * On-site work in Presidente Prudente/SP, with occasional visits to other units where the company has corporate offices. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with lunch break.
