We are seeking an Automotive Mechanic Assistant to assist in preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, with a focus on suspension and braking systems.

**We are looking for an Automotive Mechanic Assistant for (city):**
**Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:**
* Assisting in preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of vehicles;
* Assisting in the assembly of brake, suspension, clutch, fuel injection, electronic, air conditioning cleaning/maintenance, and repair systems;
* Assisting in tire mounting, timing belt replacement, clutch installation, spark plug replacement, exhaust system replacement, pivot replacement, routine maintenance (oil and filter changes), electronic fuel injection, and leak repairs;
* Assisting with scanner diagnostics and other tasks as requested or per scheduled maintenance plans;
* Assisting in inspecting and testing parts and assemblies before installing them on vehicles;
* Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services;
* Performing other related duties as required by the department.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education or currently pursuing a technical course in automotive mechanics;
* Driver's license category B is a plus;
* Experience in auto centers, as this role focuses on suspension and braking systems—not engine mechanics;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
* Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity;
* Must deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate willingness to assist customers with any questions.
