Job Summary: The professional will assist in axle inspection and geometry, tire inspection and evaluation, suspension/brake inspection, wheel alignment and balancing, lubrication, diagnostics, and part replacement. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in tire, suspension, and brake inspections. 2. Perform 3D wheel alignment and balancing. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of passenger vehicles. **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in axle inspection and geometry; evaluating tire wear and balance; * Assisting in tire inspections with a focus on wear; * Assisting in evaluating the condition of tension arm bushings, steering rod ends, and excessive play in axle hubs; * Assisting with vehicle suspension/brake systems, as well as 3D wheel alignment and balancing; * Assisting in general greasing and lubrication, following scheduled plans or upon request; * Assisting in diagnostics for passenger vehicles, part replacement, suspension, steering, brakes, balancing, tire replacement, alignment, and camber adjustment; * Assisting in organizing the workplace, maintaining equipment and materials used for work, and keeping the workplace organized and clean; * Complying with company safety regulations; * Communicating with the tire shop regarding tire replacements and mechanical issues, among other tasks—suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, cleaning/maintenance and repair of automotive air conditioning. * Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Performing other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Wheel Alignment; * Driver’s license category B is a plus; * Experience in auto centers, as this role focuses on wheel alignment—not engine mechanics; * Completion of a 3D alignment course is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
