




**We are looking for a Manager, for (city):** **As the Franchisee, your responsibilities will be:** * People Management (store ADM team) * Inventory Management * Tools Control * Product Warranty Control (analysis and resolution) * Operational Training (customer service and processes) * Administrative and Financial Control * Facility Maintenance Management * PPE Management and Supervision * Handling and monitoring of inspections/audits * Customer Service / handling complaints or questions * Monitoring integration of new employees * Monitoring reception processes * Analysis of operational reports * Responsible for opening and closing the store * Monitoring HR processes and department * Evaluation of new employees' probation period (onboarding) * Cost/Budget Management * Responsible for managing store vehicles (controls, administration) * Recruitment and selection of professionals **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Higher Education in Administration, Human Resources Management, Financial Management, or related fields; * Experience as an administrative manager * Knowledge in administration and personnel management; * Ability to work in a team; * Proficiency in Excel and Word; * Good communication, organization, and proactivity. **SALARY:** Market competitive Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Experience: * People Management (Mandatory) * Store Management (Mandatory)
