We are looking for a **Store Admin Assistant** to join the Loja do Mecânico team. **What you will do here:** * Operate the cash register for sales recording, handle the system, verify change, organize documents, check authenticity of received amounts, report at the end of the shift with cash closing, and whenever necessary, conduct reconciliation with leadership. * Support the Multichannel Leader in unloading products arriving from distribution centers. * Monitor product and invoice verification, product transfers, order picking, restocking, invoicing, and merchandise addressing in the showroom, reporting inconsistencies to the Multichannel Leader, Supervisor, and/or Store Manager. * Print and remove promotional posters from the Showroom on a weekly basis. * Handle Retira (website and store) customer service: verify products, packing lists, stamp, test electrical products, deliver, and close orders. * Conduct post-sales activities: phone contact with customers who did not pick up their products within the Retira time frame. * Operate the pallet jack forklift when necessary in the store, moving products and ensuring proper care and maintenance of this work tool. * Ensure proper care of equipment used in the warehouse (computers, printers, scanners, and forklifts), reporting maintenance needs when required. * Restock merchandise whenever necessary. * Perform daily inventories and analyze possible discrepancies. * Carry out complementary tasks as requested by leadership. * Participate in internal training sessions whenever requested by leadership. **What we are looking for:** * Quick thinking * Customer service * Attention to detail * Communication skills * Collaborative spirit * Proactivity * Interpersonal skills **Required education and experience:** * High School diploma (completed) ✨ What we offer: CLT employment contract Medical insurance with co-payment, extended to dependents Dental insurance Flexible benefits Transportation allowance Birthday day off Extended maternity and paternity leave Minimum Education: High School (2nd Degree)
