Supervise and ensure preventive and corrective safety actions in the workplace and environment, guaranteeing workers' and communities' health and physical integrity.

Supervise preventive and corrective safety actions in the workplace and environment to ensure the health and physical integrity of workers and surrounding communities, as well as operational continuity of facilities, in coordination with the company's health department.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Accident/incident prevention – Ensure, implement, and guide preventive and corrective safety measures; participate in investigation committees for incidents; seek knowledge and comprehensive understanding to safeguard employees' physical integrity;
* Environmental accident prevention – Ensure, implement, and guide preventive and corrective environmental measures; participate in investigation committees for incidents; seek knowledge and comprehensive understanding to safeguard the physical integrity of operational facilities and surrounding communities;
* Work Permits – Ensure written observations in permits are followed and implemented to render work safe, aiming to enhance team capabilities and prevent accidents and incidents;
* Confined Space Entry and Work Permits – Ensure and implement minimum safety conditions through appropriate instruments for site assessment and monitoring, aiming to render activities safe and prevent accidents and incidents.
* Behavioral Audits – Analyze activities performed by teams at operational units, identifying all deviations to improve safety conditions in our work areas for employees.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Occupational Safety Technician registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment;
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction and process installations within the fuel and derivatives distribution sector;
* Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B.
**Specific Knowledge:**
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet);
* Current regulations (NRs, ISOs, NBR/ABNTs);
* Management of the Environmental Risk Prevention Program;
* Operation of gas detection equipment (multi-gas detectors);
* Development of safety procedures;
* Application of integrated management system tools;
* Knowledge of delivering practical and theoretical safety training;
* Familiarity with fall protection equipment and procedures;
* Familiarity with confined space equipment and procedures;
* Familiarity with height and confined space rescue equipment and procedures;
* Knowledge of accident and incident investigation tools.
