Junior Territory Manager - Commercial Presidente Prudente

We are looking for a **Junior Territory Manager** to join the **Commercial team**, managing a portfolio of Shell gas station resellers in **Presidente Prudente - SP**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Manage the customer portfolio (Shell-branded gas station resellers), ensuring proper execution of signed contracts, seeking additional volume, and managing fuel supply pricing and margins, as well as other Raízen products and services; * Support the identification and prospecting of new customers, following the company's established strategy; * Act as the main internal contact point to ensure the best service delivery to customers, while promoting Raízen's values internally across areas such as credit and collections, pricing, marketing, logistics, and engineering; * Work analytically to enable financial health analysis of the portfolio and manage territory KPIs; * Implement operational excellence and health and safety standards with customers, ensuring proper training dissemination and standardized execution at the gas stations. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability for frequent travel; * Experience in sales pipeline management; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel and Office Suite skills. **You stand out even more if you have these qualifications:** * Previous experience in customer negotiation and relationship within the retail segment will be a differentiator; * Previous experience in contract, account, and prospecting management will be a differentiator. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, which you'll learn about if you progress): * Registration - completing this form and any additional data if required. * HR Interview - a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss daily responsibilities and challenges.
