Leadership and organization of the inventory team **Position: Assistant Store Manager** We are looking for an **Assistant Store Manager** to serve as the Store Manager’s right-hand person. This professional will primarily focus on **inventory control**, but will also participate in general store management routines. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting **daily inventory counts** * Organizing, planning, and leading the inventory team * Ensuring proper location and control of merchandise * Supporting purchase planning together with the Store Manager * Monitoring inventory metrics, losses, and merchandise turnover * Assuming store management responsibilities when necessary What we are looking for: * Proven experience in inventory, supervision, or leadership roles * Organization, discipline, and results-oriented mindset * Leadership profile, commitment, and accountability * Knowledge of inventory reporting and inventory control systems is a plus Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.200,00 per month Experience: * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Mandatory)
