* High school diploma. * Previous experience in the role or in operating woodworking machinery. * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and metrology. * Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and pay attention to detail. * **Machine Operation**: Start up, set up, and operate various machines (crosscut saws, routers, saws, drills, CNCs, planers) to cut, shape, and machine wood parts. * **Reading and Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings, production orders, and measurements to correctly size parts. * **Quality Control**: Inspect produced parts, compare them against specifications, adjust machines to correct defects, and ensure quality. * **Basic Maintenance**: Perform cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments on machines to keep them in good working condition. * **Safety**: Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety procedures. * **Supply and Organization**: Feed machines with raw materials and keep the workplace organized (5S principles).
