Come be part of our team! **JOB DESCRIPTION** We're looking for people who love getting to know others, who truly listen, who genuinely want to understand others, who love challenges and enjoy the journey, even if there are some obstacles along the way. ***Want to be part of this sales and customer service journey with us?*** **Responsibilities and duties** * **Provide customer service with kindness;** * **Ensure efficiency:** * Delivering online service through digital channels; * Performing cash register opening and closing; * Receiving, checking, and dispatching goods; * Completing sales transactions; * Assisting the manager in monitoring sales indicators; * Acting as the store's administrative responsible, carrying out the following activities: managing supply requests, handling accounts payable, ensuring store processes and equipment are fully functional; * Providing support to management in various activities. * **Collaborate with management to ensure the store's physical experience, keeping it attractive and organized, always delighting customers;** **Requirements and qualifications** * Feel comfortable being yourself; * Respect everyone as they are; * Be dynamic, flexible, quick to adapt, and organized; * Have strategic vision to deliver results and solve problems; * Understand that daily work is challenging not only because it involves many tasks, but because you are there helping fulfill dreams and improve customers' self-esteem; * Strong communication skills (verbal and active listening) greatly facilitate positive interpersonal relationships; * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and proficiency with technological tools; * Previous experience in the role and with LINX system is desirable; * Flexible availability **Additional information** Our story began 27 years ago, at a small booth in Babilônia Feira Hype, where two friends, Kátia Barros and Marcelo Bastos, shared their creations and spread good vibes.
