**About the Role:** This role involves supervising services provided by third parties, ensuring compliance with established standards and contract fulfillment. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing detailed reports to clients and third-party companies. The professional will interact with various management levels and teams, including managers, technical teams, the client’s engineering team, and CBRE’s management. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability are essential.
**Requirements:**
High school diploma;
Technical course and experience in leadership/supervision;
Experience required in civil, hydraulic, electrical, refrigeration, planning, and maintenance software control;
Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC) is desirable — considered a plus;
Desirable: Electrical training, NR-10 and NR-35 certifications;
Desirable: Yellow Belt and AutoCAD training;
Desirable: Knowledge of AVCB (Fire Department Inspection Certificate);
Desirable: Technical knowledge in budget analysis;
Desirable: Experience working with retail sector contracts;
Intermediate Office suite proficiency;
Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel daily by car;
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise third-party activities and develop action plans;
* Supervise civil maintenance work (masonry, plumbing, restrooms);
* Analyze area maintenance reports and audit daily task progress; implement process improvements as needed;
* Propose improvements and focus on problem resolution; demonstrate agile reasoning for decision-making;
* Manage all maintenance area activities and processes, while implementing and promoting a culture of organization, safety, and high performance;
* Maturity in managing large third-party teams;
* Be dynamic in handling multiple daily tasks, organized, punctual, and analytically minded;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication; hands-on profile;
* Proactive; strong interpersonal skills for interactions with unit managers at visited locations and other clients.
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — with availability for overtime due to travel requirements.
