Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of equipment issues. Inspect and test machine functionality; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment; Record executed activities in the maintenance system and identify possible anomalies during task execution, reporting them in maintenance orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Electronics is desirable; Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance; Availability for daily travel and shift work, as required by operations; Committed to **safety**, **quality**, and **efficiency** at work; Driver’s License Category B. **Additional Information** **At Mills, we offer you:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal and/or Food Allowance; Mobility Assistance or Commuter Pass; Life Insurance; Wellhub for you and your dependents; Dr. Alper; Extended maternity and paternity leave; PLR \- Profit and Results Sharing.
