




**Job Objective:** Carry out administrative and financial activities, ensuring process accuracy and efficiency, and contributing to the smooth operation of the department. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Financial Management is desirable. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial administrative field. * Intermediate-level Office Suite skills. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Experience with Senior system is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule, control, and process payments. * Enter data for bank bill payments. * Send billing statement collections to the bank. * Conduct collection of overdue bills (via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls). * Negotiate receivables and manage customer agreements. * Initiate bill protests and forward them to the legal department for judicial collection. * Consolidate information on bank balances, accounts payable and receivable, and other daily financial transactions to create a summary of the company's financial position. * Monitor and record profit withdrawals by partners or owners, documenting amounts and dates. * Track financial investments made by the company (CDBs, funds, etc.) and any redemptions carried out. * Record incoming invoices. * Close monthly tax reports and send XML files to the accounting office. * Research prices, request quotes from different suppliers, and negotiate the best conditions for purchasing office, cleaning, hygiene, and other necessary operational supplies. * Collect information from new employees and complete admission forms, recording personal data, contractual information, and other relevant details. * Extract attendance reports from the timekeeping system, including employee check-in, check-out, and break times. **Knowledge:** * Accounts payable and receivable processes. * Cash flow and bank reconciliation. * Basic accounting and tax concepts. * Recording and managing financial documents in ERP systems. * Purchasing practices and inventory management of consumable materials. * Human resources administrative processes (hiring, time sheets). **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail when executing administrative and financial processes. * Clear and effective communication for interaction with team members and clients. * Analytical ability to interpret data and reports. * Proactiveness in problem-solving and process improvement. * Agility and efficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. **Attitudes:** * Proactivity and autonomy in task execution. * Commitment to deadlines and process quality. * Responsibility and organization. * Teamwork ability and good communication. * Ethical conduct and alignment with company values. **Notes:** Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break).
