The **FINANCIAL ANALYST** position is ideal for professionals seeking professional development in a collaborative environment, with a focus on people and processes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute, review, and ensure the correct implementation of accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring deadlines and compliance with internal policies;
* Perform and supervise bank reconciliations and daily cash/treasury closing;
* Actively participate in monthly financial closing, ensuring data integrity and consistency;
* Prepare and analyze management reports, proposing improvements and supporting decision-making;
* Serve as the focal point for interaction with internal departments and financial institutions;
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to controls and policies;
* Monitor financial indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Experience in financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and reconciliations;
* Experience in financial closing and management reporting;
* Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level);
* Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus;
* Must reside in Presidente Prudente – SP or be available to relocate.
