We are seeking someone to lead the development of intelligent digital products, integrating the best of the No\-Code ecosystem with the frontiers of Artificial Intelligence. Your responsibilities will include: * Design and implement AI agents and intelligent workflows using the appropriate AI for each requirement. * Build robust automations that connect different systems via N8N. * Develop ultra\-fast applications using natural language programming (Vibecoding) tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit, Claude Code, and others. * Optimize business processes by translating complex requirements into agile and high-performance technical solutions. **What we are looking for:** * Proficiency in AI Platforms: Practical experience in prompt engineering and API integration (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude). * Automation Expert: Advanced experience with tools such as N8N (preferred), Make, or Zapier. * Experience in Video Coding: Familiarity with the new development workflow (Lovable, Manus, Claude Code, Bolt.new, GitHub Spark). * Agile Mindset: Ability to prototype and iterate products in days, not months. **Nice-to-haves:** * Programming Background: Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Node.js (for when No\-Code needs a "little push" with custom code). * Business Analysis: Ability to understand customer pain points and design logical architecture before diving into implementation. * RAG Experience: Knowledge of vector knowledge bases and data retrieval for AI.
