We provide customized services to meet our clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate scheduling of pre-employment medical examinations. Schedule introductory training sessions. Request procurement of employee benefits. Register candidates for admission in the system. Support drafting of internship contracts. Provide in-person assistance to site employees. Monitor dispatch of telegrams to absent or missing employees. Assist in verifying benefits provided to employees. Support other HR department activities. Perform other duties compatible with the role. Position located in Montes Claros / MG. Previous internships in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, or People Management may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
