Design and optimize database schemas (primarily MySQL/PostgreSQL). Write clean, efficient, reusable, testable, and well-documented code, adhering to SOLID principles and design patterns. Integrate third-party APIs and develop robust RESTful APIs. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and PHP/Laravel. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and software architecture. **Mandatory Qualifications:** Solid professional experience (minimum 10 years) in web development with PHP. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the Laravel framework. Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex SQL queries. Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git. Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with automated testing (Unit, Integration, Functional — e.g., PHPUnit, Pest). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to manage one’s own time and tasks. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):** Experience with jQuery for maintaining or interacting with legacy/specific systems. Experience with modern frontend technologies (Vue.js, React, Alpine.js). Knowledge of message queues (e.g., Redis Queues, RabbitMQ, SQS). Experience with caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
