Development of improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction We are seeking an **After-Sales Analyst** to support customer monitoring, KPI analysis, and after-sales process support, collaborating closely with Sales and Operations departments, aligned with Mascarello’s objectives. Level Analyst Department Technical Support Employment Type CLT Salary To be negotiated Responsibilities Conduct ongoing communication and in-person visits to customers to monitor the quality of contracted products and services, identify specific needs, anticipate demands, and strengthen commercial relationships. Directly manage complaints and inquiries, ensuring follow-up until definitive resolution, with support from technical and administrative departments. Develop improvement actions based on customer feedback, contributing to internal process enhancement, increased satisfaction, and customer retention. This strategic role aims to consolidate brand trust, promote service excellence, and ensure a positive experience across all after-sales interactions. Requirements Strong communication skills. Practical and analytical mindset. Proficiency in drafting texts and reports. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and relevant software. Driver's License CNH, Category B.
