We are seeking a **Financial Analyst** to support financial and administrative management throughout the project lifecycle, from billing feasibility to contractual protection. **Responsibilities:** Track and monitor direct and indirect costs of products and/or services; Analyze cost variances (actual vs. budgeted), identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); Support pricing decisions and margin and profitability analyses; Participate in the budgeting process and periodic reviews (forecast); Ensure data accuracy and correct accounting classification of costs; Collaborate with departments such as Production, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Controller's Office; Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement; Contribute to standardization and enhancement of internal controls. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in cost accounting, controller functions, or finance-related areas; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an industrial environment; * Knowledge of costing methodologies; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Power BI. **Benefits that value you entirely** At TSEA Energia, we believe that valuing people means building an environment of well-being, belonging, and balance.
