In our environment, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination.** #### **About the position:** * The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining information systems that meet the company's needs, ensuring internal process efficiency and cross-departmental integration. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze user requirements and needs for system development. * Develop, test, and implement software solutions. * Perform maintenance and updates on existing systems. * Ensure system integration with other platforms used by the company. * Document processes and systems to facilitate support and future improvements. * Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on IT projects. * Participate in business process analysis and continuous improvement. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in software development. * Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and agile methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Must reside in Divinópolis or nearby region. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Knowledge of ERP and enterprise management systems. * Experience with system integration and APIs. * Certifications in agile methodologies or project management. * Knowledge of information security. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Health plan * Dental plan * Trainee program * Discount on products under our private label * Performance-based bonuses
