BD is a global medical technology company that manufactures and distributes medical supplies, antibodies, reagents, equipment, and devices for laboratories and hospitals. Key responsibilities include: Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, devices, and mechanical installations; Conducting tests, adjustments, and diagnostics on equipment and machines, proposing solutions for identified failures; Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance processes to ensure proper equipment operation; Lubricating machines, equipment, and mechanical devices to maintain their condition and performance; Documenting activities and incidents through technical reports and opening/closing service orders in the SAP system; Installing new equipment and supporting the implementation of operational improvements and projects; Supervising and overseeing services performed by third-party contractors; Performing TPM checklists and activities on production-area equipment and infrastructure; Supporting operations in machine calibration adjustments after gauge changes and guiding operators when necessary; Identifying and repairing leaks in pneumatic and compressed air systems; Contributing to SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) performance indicators; Strictly adhering to all safety rules and procedures, while maintaining organization, cleanliness, and good manufacturing practices (5S). Requirements: Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Preferred qualifications include: Prior experience in industrial maintenance; Familiarity with pneumatic systems, automated equipment, and SAP usage; A proactive profile with commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Working Hours: Fixed shifts: Monday–Friday, 2:25 PM–10:47 PM; Saturday, 1:25 PM–8:58 PM \| Monday–Friday, 10:47 PM–6:05 AM; Sunday, 8:58 PM–6:05 AM. Compensation: Hourly wage.
