Position: Layout Technician (Garment Cutting)** We are seeking an organized and agile professional to provide strategic support to our cutting department. Collaborating with Development and Production teams, your mission is to ensure execution of cutting layouts and material preparation while maintaining quality standards, meeting deadlines, and accurately recording production data. ? Your Responsibilities: * **Cutting Management:** Execute, print, and organize cutting layouts by width and fabric type. * **Material Preparation:** Perform lay-up, verify shade/width specifications, and ensure proper resting time for knits and spandex fabrics. * **Quality and Defects:** Identify fabric flaws and ensure correct application of interlinings and trimmings. * **Organization and Workflow:** Sort packages by batch/roll, verify against the prototype piece, and update system records. ? Desired Qualifications: * Prior experience in this role (experience in textile/garment manufacturing is preferred); * Organized, agile profile with strong teamwork skills.
