Execution of functional and systemic tests, and preparation of documentation **Junior Software Development Analyst** ============================================== TOTVS | Belo Horizonte - MG | Hybrid Job Description Work in the **Platform Support and Maintenance** department, delivering BSO (Business Software Outsourcing) support services for TOTVS RM product line customizations. Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain TOTVS RM product line customizations. * Provide technical support for TOTVS RM product line customizations. * Develop and maintain automation of internal tools. * Ensure version compatibility of customizations developed for the TOTVS RM product line. * Develop evolutionary enhancements to TOTVS RM product line customizations. * Handle service requests via our service desk, adhering to deadlines and service-level agreements. * Remotely access and contact customers by phone to analyze incidents, problems, and requests. * Perform functional and systemic tests on customizations. * Prepare documentation and technical specifications. * Conduct customization assessments. * Engage with customers to negotiate delivery timelines for service requests. * Participate in customer and internal meetings to map scenarios and requirements. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Microsoft Development certifications are a plus. * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. * Backend and .NET / C# development experience. * Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle). * Knowledge and experience with: * Visual Studio * Azure (Git and TFVC) * REST APIs and Web Services. * Angular, jQuery, JavaScript (JS/TypeScript), HTML5, and CSS3. * RM Lib – RM customization development library. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Focused, proactive, and innovative thinker. * Ability to manage priorities and handle urgent situations. * Experience in DevOps environments. * Familiarity with test automation.
