Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in TOTVS Protheus for implementation, upgrade, and support projects, ensuring adherence to best management practices. Address critical incidents and drive continuous process improvement We are seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in TOTVS Protheus to work on implementation, upgrade, and support projects, ensuring compliance with best practices in corporate governance and integration with the client’s critical business processes. Responsibilities: * Lead ERP TOTVS Protheus implementation and migration projects, including requirements gathering and process mapping. * Configure Protheus modules (Financial, Tax, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Billing, HR). * Perform integration with complementary systems (Fluig, BI, PIMS, tax solutions). * Support clients in defining business rules and customizations. * Prepare functional and technical documentation, and conduct end-user training. * Address critical incidents and drive continuous process improvement. * Ensure compliance with applicable tax and fiscal legislation. Required Knowledge: * Proven experience with TOTVS Protheus (implementation, support, or enhancement). * Proficiency in ADVPL language and databases (SQL Server, Oracle). * Familiarity with financial, accounting, and tax modules. * Experience integrating with external systems via API or Webservice. * Skills in process analysis and report generation. * Willingness to travel as required by the project. Desirable Knowledge: * TOTVS Protheus certification. * Experience with Fluig, Analytics, Tax Management, and other complementary TOTVS solutions. * Experience in digital transformation projects and cloud migration.
