You will join a multidisciplinary and dynamic team, working on challenging and innovative projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development: Build, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions using Python and frameworks such as Node, React, and JavaScript. * Architecture: Design and implement software architectures, adhering to best practices and development standards. * Mentoring: Act as a mentor to other developers, fostering the team’s technical growth. * Innovation: Stay updated on the latest software development trends and propose innovative solutions. * Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team, participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle—from conception to delivery. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid Python development experience, including mastery of object-oriented programming, functional programming, and design patterns. * Experience with Node, React.js, and JavaScript. * Experience with Docker. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL). * Experience with version control (Git). * Experience with cloud computing (AWS). * Advanced English proficiency. * Ability to work autonomously and proactively. * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of DevOps and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, etc.). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Contributions to open-source projects. **Location: Indaiatuba/SP.
