That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** A professional from the **CONTRACTOR** responsible for producing the software artifacts that the *Squad* must deliver. **Requirements and Qualifications** We are seeking a Data Administrator to lead AI implementation across two critical pillars of Minas Gerais’ education system: student retention and financial transparency. You will serve as the technical arm to transform data into public policies, directly contributing to projects aimed at reducing school dropout rates and preventing fraud in school fund transactions. **Responsibilities:** Dropout Prediction: Develop and implement Machine Learning models to calculate students’ probability of dropout, enabling early interventions. Intelligent Auditing: Create fraud prevention pathways and anomaly detection mechanisms for school fund financial transactions, consuming data directly via banking/internal APIs. End-to-End Implementation: From data extraction and processing in the Data Lake to model deployment in production environments. Data Culture: Translate complex insights into dashboards and reports for public managers without technical backgrounds. Document developed solutions and support monitoring, error control, and maintenance; **Mandatory Requirements** Completed higher education degree (technology diploma, undergraduate degree, and/or lato sensu and/or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology. Proven track record in Data Science projects, preferably focused on fraud detection, anomaly detection, or financial risk analysis; Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM) and advanced SQL; Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Machine Learning (Notebooks, Synapse, MLflow); Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating data from diverse sources. Ability to understand business pain points (education/public management) and propose optimal technical solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in the public sector or in Fintechs/Auditing. Postgraduate degree in AI/Machine Learning.
