We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record, verify, and post NF\-e, CT\-e, service receipt invoices, as well as issue outbound fiscal invoices; * Record accounting transactions—including revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities—ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations; * Support analysts in fulfilling ancillary tax obligations such as DES, EFD\-Contribuições, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb; * Perform accounting reconciliations, ensuring accurate balance determination and identification of potential discrepancies; * Control and organize accounting and tax documentation, keeping it updated and compliant with legal requirements; * Support audit processes by organizing and providing documents, ensuring information reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, with ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports; * Strong analytical skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good interpersonal communication skills. * Experience with TOTVS/Protheus system is desirable. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. **Pioneering Education in Brazil** This is the first Public\-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the education sector in Brazil.
