If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Billing** * Review outgoing invoices to ensure correct taxation; * Analyze fiscal compliance of outgoing transactions; * Provide support and guidance regarding invoice requests; * Review the fiscal sales ledger; * Monitor legislative updates via the Electronic Fiscal Portal (Adjustments, Acts, Agreements, and Protocols). **Fiscal Receivables** * Review incoming invoices (purchases, shipments, returns, services, etc.), validating fiscal information and proper classification; * Review Transport Documents (CT\-e); * Verify compliance of fiscal documents with current legislation; * Identify NCM codes and applicable tax rates; * Calculate taxes such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes; * Record fiscal documents in the corporate system; * Collaborate with suppliers to resolve fiscal inconsistencies; * Organize and maintain fiscal files for audits and inquiries; * Support other departments (Accounting, Procurement, etc.) on fiscal matters; * Assist in preparing fiscal receivables reports and indicators. **Tax Calculation and Fiscal Support** * Support fiscal classification and tax calculation processes under supervision from senior analysts; * Assist in responding to fiscal audits, notifications, and summonses; * Support indirect tax calculations and fulfillment of ancillary obligations; * Record non-fiscal debits and credits for the company; * Ensure fiscal compliance, governance, and process adherence; * Support control and renewal of negative certificate records; * Contribute to continuous improvement, process standardization, and routine optimization; * Identify fiscal risks and opportunities for process enhancement; * Support achievement of departmental goals and action plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * **Bachelor’s degree completed** in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields**; * **Ongoing postgraduate studies** are a plus. **Specific Knowledge** * Experience with **SD (Sales and Distribution)** and **MM (Materials Management)** modules of **SAP S/4HANA**, focused on billing; * Support execution and monitoring of the billing process, ensuring correct issuance of fiscal documents; * Analysis and validation of taxes (**ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ISS**) according to current legislation; * Support configuration and maintenance of pricing conditions, taxes, and billing document types in SAP; * Interface with partner departments (**Commercial, Tax, Finance, and Logistics**); * Identification and correction of inconsistencies in fiscal invoices; * Participation in process improvements, projects, and SAP S/4HANA testing (unit and integrated). **Additional Information** * Experience or interest in **Artificial Intelligence and Automation** will be considered a plus; **Additional Benefits** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site Lunch; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
