Collaboration in daily tasks and projects Responsibilities of the Apprentice Youth: Assist in the company's administrative and operational activities, developing professional skills and acquiring practical knowledge in a work environment while fulfilling the established apprenticeship working hours. Answer and forward telephone calls, take messages, and ensure efficient communication between the company and its interlocutors. Assist in organizing documents, completing forms, and maintaining files, ensuring documentation is always up-to-date and accessible. Serve customers, offer services and products, and inform them about product quality and purchase advantages. Restock shelves, price products, and organize the store. Collaborate with the team on daily tasks and specific projects. Attend meetings and training sessions, absorbing work-related knowledge and techniques. **Requirements:** * Age between 14 and 24 years, as per current legislation. * Enrolled in and regularly attending school or a technical course. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and communication skills are desirable. * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and good professional demeanor. **Desirable Competencies:** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Skills in organization and time management. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. **Benefits:** * Apprenticeship stipend. * Transportation allowance. * Possibility of permanent employment upon contract completion, subject to performance and availability of positions.
