Build your future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties\*: * Maintain inventory control and oversee inventory preparation; * Supervise the processes of unloading, verification, movement, storage, expiry date control, packaging, restocking, inventory, and store front operations; * Supervise the distribution center team and manage the logistical flow of loading and unloading within the segment and inventory; * Supervise customer return processes and reverse logistics; * Monitor and present team performance indicators; * Ensure inventory accuracy; * Ensure team engagement and training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Leadership experience in logistics roles; * Flexible working hours; * MBA and/or specialization in the field is an advantage. **Additional Information** Transportation provided to facilitate commuting to the company; Transportation allowance; Meals provided at the workplace; Game room and relaxation room; Mental health support programs; Employee development incentive programs.
