Description: Strategically and operationally manage Human Resources processes to ensure talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention, directly contributing to strengthening organizational culture and business results. Ensure efficient, human-centered, and business-aligned HR processes that support the company’s sustainable growth and enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Training \& Development (T\&D)* Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership.
* Organize training sessions, discussion circles, and development initiatives.
* Monitor T\&D metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
Organizational Climate and Internal Marketing* Support climate initiatives, internal campaigns, corporate communications, and events.
* Develop materials and strategies to engage employees.
People Management and Leadership Support* Support leadership on performance management, conflict resolution, feedback, and development topics.
* Assist with internal mobility, job structuring, and workflow design.
HR Metrics and Processes* Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, etc.).
* Develop reports and dashboards focused on continuous improvement.
* Propose pilot projects and initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
* Engage in internal marketing and organizational culture activities.
Personnel Administration (where applicable)* Support routine tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, vacation scheduling, and documentation.
* Liaise with Payroll and Legal departments to ensure legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory:* Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Prior generalist HR experience or experience in HR sub-areas.
* Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:* Familiarity with HR management systems (e.g., TOTVS, Senior, Gupy, or similar).
* Certification or experience with DISC assessment.
* Experience with HR metrics and HR projects.
* Knowledge of labor legislation.
