You must ensure efficient and welcoming service while contributing to the organization and smooth operation of the clinic. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Confirming appointments and sessions via system, and recording no-shows; * Filling out, verifying, and organizing documents and forms; * Filling out, verifying, and organizing service authorization forms; * Supporting other departments (clinical, finance, operations, etc.) with information via system; * Providing administrative support as needed; * Organizing and maintaining the reception area and common spaces in good condition; * Performing other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Completed High School; * Technical Administrative training or currently pursuing a university degree is a plus; * Prior experience in reception or customer service, preferably in clinics, medical offices, or hospitals; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and management systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Opportunity to work for a growing company with potential for professional learning and development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Internal career growth opportunities.
