We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, ensuring that the vehicle delivery experience is positive and that customers leave the dealership fully satisfied with both the service and the product. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform the final technical inspection of the vehicle prior to delivery, checking all safety items, electronic systems operation, engine, and other mechanical components to ensure the vehicle is in perfect condition. * Verify and organize all necessary delivery documentation, including owner's manual, warranty certificate, registration documents, and invoice. * Clearly explain to the customer the operation of the main vehicle systems, such as electronic controls, audio system, air conditioning, navigation, safety features, and other technological components, ensuring the customer becomes familiar with their proper use. * Answer customers' technical questions about the vehicle, its functionalities, basic maintenance procedures, and recommended care. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure vehicle delivery proceeds smoothly and satisfactorily, meeting all customer expectations. * Inform the technical team and management about any issues identified during vehicle delivery that may require adjustments or improvements. #### **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Valid driver's license (category B) * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly and accessibly to customers. * Ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections and ensure they are ready for delivery. * Organized, dynamic profile with a focus on customer satisfaction. #### **Desired qualifications (advantageous):** * Completed or currently pursuing higher education; * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (technical course in the field is desirable). * Practical knowledge of automobiles, electronic and mechanical systems, and ability to clearly explain their functionality. * Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector, will be an advantage. #### **Benefits:** \[Include benefits offered by the operation]
