




**Job Objective:** Lead, train, and supervise the painting team, ensuring technical excellence in service execution and aligning team members’ behavior with the company’s values. **Key Responsibilities:** Personnel Management: Coordinate team routines, manage work schedules, mediate conflicts, and ensure a productive and respectful organizational climate. Training and Development: Identify technical gaps and deliver hands-on painting training (surface preparation, application, and finishing) to both new and existing employees. Process Oversight: Audit painting quality in real time, ensuring strict compliance with technical standards and deadlines. Behavioral Monitoring: Monitor professional conduct, punctuality, proper use of PPE, and interactions with customers/colleagues. Performance Evaluation: Provide ongoing feedback and conduct periodic evaluations to support the career development of team members.
