If you are a person with disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including operational teams and managers. * Capacity to clearly present requests, seek support, and secure third-party collaboration when needed. * Aptitude to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships in the workplace. * Proactivity in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and acting independently without requiring direct instructions. * Resilience to maintain professionalism and focus despite unforeseen events or adversities in the field. * Basic map reading and interpretation skills—especially ZAS maps—for location identification and activity planning. * Report writing: ability to systematically and clearly document inspections, incidents, and requests. * Willingness to perform field activities under adverse weather conditions (e.g., sun exposure, heat, dust). * Supervision of outsourced teams executing maintenance and installation of emergency exit route signage; participation in periodic inspections and photographic documentation of route conditions. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in customer service and public interaction. **WORK LOCATION:** **PARAUAPEBAS \- PA**
