Act affectionately to support healthy emotional and social development The Boa Vontade Educational Association (Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV) is hiring a **Child Development Assistant (CDA)**: The **Child Development Assistant** is responsible for accompanying and assisting students throughout the entire school routine, ensuring a safe, harmonious, and conducive environment for the emotional, social, and pedagogical development of children, youth, and adolescents. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize student arrivals and departures calmly, ensuring up-to-date attendance records; * Maintain classroom discipline and foster a harmonious environment in the classroom and other school areas; * Apply pedagogical strategies to encourage student discipline; * Act affectionately, aiming to support students’ healthy emotional and social development; * Accompany students throughout the entire school routine; * Ensure smooth information flow via the school agenda; * Accompany students during external activities; * Maintain classroom bulletin boards and other school areas, common classroom materials, and cabinet organization; * Provide immediate assistance to students in case of illness or accident, promptly referring them to the infirmary; * Participate in meetings and ongoing training sessions organized by the school. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in **Pedagogy** (completed). **Additional Information** * Workload: **220 hours/month** * Monday to Friday **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance – after confirmation; * Dental insurance; * SESC membership; * Discounts at gyms and sports facilities – **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and professional development program.
