Our team consists of individuals who love what they do, share knowledge, and grow together. **Key responsibilities:** * Prepare and deliver technical presentations for proof\-of\-concept demonstrations and training sessions; * Resolve client\-raised pending items, guiding them toward successful completion of processes initiated by them; * Provide recommendations to clients once their actual needs are understood, including marketing of additional functionalities; * Collaborate with the technical team to continuously improve the system used by clients; * Implement new agreements, participating in meetings, delivering training, and performing full system and data analysis to ensure implementation proceeds without rework; * Monitor and analyze public tenders and legislation; * Availability for travel/client relationship visits and presentations; * Conduct and participate in online and on\-site meetings with clients; * Suggest improvements to manuals and procedures of the Nucleus; * Identify and recommend systemic improvements, pursuing innovation in systems and processes; * Monitor monthly agreement processing; * Keep agreement layouts up to date; * Plan joint actions with agreements to enhance relationship management. **We expect you to have:** * Minimum 12 months’ experience in this role; * Experience in **business process analysis** and **system implementation**; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Strong **verbal and written communication skills**, emphasizing clarity and empathy; * Ability to **deliver training sessions** and lead presentations; * Client service orientation focused on relationship building and problem resolution; * Analytical capability to identify improvements and propose solutions; * Basic understanding of **sales strategy** and consultative approach; * Knowledge of **public procurement procedures** and related practices; * Familiarity with **ISO 9001 quality management standards**; * Additional certifications in **Customer Service** and **Time Management** are considered advantageous. ✨ **What we offer:** Competitive fixed salary aligned with the role ️ Meal Allowance: R$40.00/day Food Allowance: R$800.00 Total Pass Birthday Day Off **After 90 days:** Health Insurance (Unimed) Dental Insurance (DentalUni) ️ Life Insurance **Ready to join us?** Send us your resume and help transform our customers’ experience!
