Training and capacity-building program The Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV is hiring **General Services** staff: **General Services** staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Institution’s common and specific areas, following strict hygiene and safety standards to guarantee a clean and safe environment for all users. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities Performed:** * Floor, wall, ceiling, and window cleaning. * Carpet and rug vacuuming and sweeping. * Bathroom cleaning, including toilets, sinks, and showers. * Surface and object disinfection. * Proper waste collection and disposal. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed elementary school (minimum); **Prior Experience:** Previous cleaning experience preferred; **Additional Information** * Workload: **220 hours/month** * Schedule: **7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Health plan – after confirmation; * Dental plan – after confirmation; * SESC membership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities – **Wellhub**; * Training and capacity-building program.
