Work for a company committed to sustainability and the circular economy **Grinding Line Operator** Department \- Production / Waste Beneficiation Job Objective Operate the grinding line for recyclable materials, ensuring productivity, processed material quality, area organization, and operational safety. ⸻ **Main Responsibilities** * Feed the mill/crusher with recyclable materials as instructed; * Perform preliminary separation of contaminants; * Operate: mill; crusher; conveyor belts; label remover; washer; auxiliary systems; * Monitor equipment operation; * Identify abnormal noises, overheating, or malfunctions; * Control production flow; * Assist in knife and screen replacements; * Clean the grinding line; * Organize processed materials; * Complete production records; * Follow safety regulations and mandatory PPE usage. ⸻ **Responsibilities** * Maintain equipment care; * Prevent waste; * Ensure ground material quality; * Maintain sector cleanliness and organization; * Immediately report malfunctions to the supervisor. ⸻ **Requirements** * Elementary or high school education; * Industrial experience is a plus; * Basic knowledge of machine operation; * Operational attention and discipline. ⸻ **Desired Competencies** * Organization; * Agility; * Responsibility; * Teamwork; * Commitment to safety. ⸻ **Compensation:** * BRL 1621 \+ production bonuses (targets) \+ Transportation and meal allowance on site ⸻ **About the Company:** SL8 Reciclagem LTDA is a company committed to sustainability and the circular economy, engaged in the collection, sorting, and proper disposal of recyclable materials.
