Job Summary: Coordinate and guide cleaning teams, supervise textile cleaning services, and operate industrial equipment to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to quality standards and attention to detail MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and guide cleaning assistants in the technical execution of services. * Ensure strict adherence to all operational process steps to guarantee service delivery quality. * Supervise carpet, upholstery, and high-end item washing, ensuring careful handling of delicate materials. * Supervise and operate industrial equipment such as floor polishers, centrifuges, and beaters. * Coordinate the handling and drying of large, heavy carpets on clotheslines. * Transport teams or materials using company cars or motorcycles for inspections or service calls. * Validate service completion prior to customer handover. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. * Prior experience in laundries, textile cleaning services, or industrial machinery operation. * High level of commitment to quality standards, organization, and attention to detail. * Leadership and team management skills. * Valid driver's license (categories A/B).
